Meet Dr. Jessica Carlile
Working with Dr. Carlile
When working with Dr. Carlile, you can expect to participate in a thorough intake assessment in which your primary needs and goals are discussed. During the first sessions, you will also have the opportunity to start getting to know Dr. Carlile and to ask any questions you may have. Next, you and Dr. Carlile will collaboratively develop a treatment plan that is unique to your specific aims, taking into account your cultural background and identity, as well as your skills and abilities. To ensure that you participate in the most effective treatments possible, Dr. Carlile uses research-supported treatments that target post-trauma reactions, chronic health concerns, depression and anxiety, and gender or sexuality concerns.
Dr. Carlile offers all services via teletherapy (live therapy through an online video connection)—without compromising quality or safety—in order to increase her clients’ access to exceptional care.
